The Final Stages

Keep an eye out for “Richmond’s Roadshow Revelation” on Amazon, because I’ve just submitted it for KDP. Any time now it will be available to preorder. So, if you buy it anytime between now and next Friday, it will automatically appear on your Kindle one minute past midnight on October 14th. Let me know what you think. Now I need to move on to the paperback of “The Pulse Hospital Radio Chronicles”. Just need to add the aforementioned “Richmond’s Roadshow Revelation to it, a contents page, a little Q & A section, and then it’s just a small matter of drawing up the cover to the correct specifications. Whew! Seeya soon.

Last Few Steps

I’m very nearly ready to publish the ebook of “Richmond’s Roadshow Revelation”. I think I’m getting quite good at this editing lark, although it’s surprising some of the stuff you miss, even on the fourth do over. Stuff such as characters’ names (I changed a new character’s name halfway through, and I’m still finding ghosts of her original name in the manuscript). All being well, the ebook will be out 14th October (my birthday, coincidentally) and the paperback of all five stories will be out soon after that. Anyway, best get back to it!

Cover Versions

Hello there. I’ve been pretty busy the last few days. As well as editing the fifth part of the Pulse Hospital Radio Chronicles: “Richmond’s Roadshow Revelation”, I’ve also managed to come up with a half decent cover for the ebook. I’ll post it below. And speaking of covers, in an attempt to reinvigorate interest in my sequel to “A Christmas Carol” (“A Fifth Visitor”), I’ve designed a new cover for that as well. Check it out below and let me know what you think. This morning I’m going to edit “No Light” which you may or may not know is a short prequel to “Richmond’s Rarity”, the story that started all this madness. Anyway, I’d best get back to it.

Ideas

Current and Future Works

Things are going really well with the first draft of the fifth Pulse Hospital Radio Chronicle: ‘Richmond’s Roadshow Revelation’. I’m on the cusp of the final act now, and I’ve even come up with a minor subplot for James which will lead nicely into the full length novel I’ve got planned for the gang.

This morning I had a barrage of ideas hit me for my children’s adventure book series about a boy who stumbles upon a new dimension with a superpowered version of himself in. The possibilities are endless and I’m looking forward to delving deeper into it. The only problem I can see is names. If he comes across loads of different versions of himself, things could get seriously confusing (even more so than when I lived at home with my parents and my mum would shout upstairs to my dad “Don!” and both of us would respond. The hero of the story is currently called Malcolm, so that can be shortened to Mal, and that’s about it. Maybe I could come up with a name with more variations. That’s further down the line though. I’ve got The Badger Helper Watcher to finish first, and the Future Delusion Saga. Better crack on…
