Here’s a little surprise for you. If you press ‘Page’ on the menu bar, go to the bottom of the page and type ‘No Light’ into the search bar, you’ll find a short prequel to my ebook Richmond’s Rarity. It’s set just minutes before the original kicks off. Enjoy! And let me know what you think.

First Typing of 2018
Typed up a couple of pages of A Fifth Visitor today. I can feel the pressure mounting as I can see all the stuff I need to change before the release date later this year.
Sequel Time
Happy Christmas, everyone! Yesterday, I had a flash of inspiration for a sequel to one of my ebooks, Richmond’s Rarity. It will be called Richmond’s Christmas Rarity (how did I come up with such an original title? Ha ha) and it will be about a rare song which Dave Richmond, hospital radio DJ doesn’t want to hear because it holds terrible memories for him.
Will he play the request?
Will latest recruit Justin make it to the studio in time to do his feature?
And will James get over his nerves and step up to help a friend in crisis? Find out next Christmas.
Paperback of Bright Future

Bright Future
Hello and welcome to my website. I’m currently working on a short sci-fi story called ‘Bright Future’ which will be available to buy as a paperback and ebook on Amazon. The editing is into the final stages at the moment (hopefully) and the blurb for the back and the back cover will be along soon. I’ve always been a bit worried about the future and the questions that new technology will bring with it. My latest work was inspired by a stint of working on the self-scan tills at a supermarket. I couldn’t help but wonder if they were the first step toward a darker future for all of us. I first wrote ‘Bright Future’ around five years ago and reading about the protagonist’s struggle against AI and how his life has been forever changed by it, I find it really sad how quickly the concept has dated. Sci-fi should remain Sci-fi, but every day it seems that we become more and more determined to make Science fiction into Science fact. Anyway, I hope you enjoy my story when it comes out.
